Who We Are

Tamika Wright is an instructional designer and entrepreneur with over fifteen years of experience training nursing and providers on how to utilize EHR software.

A Jesuit graduate of both Spring Hill College and Gonzaga University, Tamika knew that she loved teaching and training, but decided to go a step further by pursing a degree in Instructional Design.

Tamika enjoys taking the time to really learn, understand, and engage with adult learners in a variety of capacities and environments. Willowbrae Consulting was born out of a desire to expand the methodologies of instructional design and human performance improvement into a variety of spaces.
